Who We Are
Our Mission
We exist to make mental health and dignity accessible to everyone.
Soulfully creates programs and resources that remove barriers to care, from hygiene kits for those experiencing homelessness to scholarships for therapy and wellness support. Every initiative we launch is built on kindness and compassion.
Our Vision
A world where mental health care is a right, not a privilege.
We imagine communities where young people, families, and individuals in need have access to affordable care, supportive resources, and safe spaces to thrive. By blending innovation with empathy, Soulfully works toward a future where wellness is universal.
Our Values
At Soulfully, our work is guided by compassion, dignity, community, and action.
By building strong partnerships and community, we create solutions that go beyond charity and move toward lasting change. And most importantly, we believe in taking action, turning care into tangible programs that make a real difference.

About Us
Soulfully was envisioned by Joseph Arujo, who first began creating mental health content online during the early days of the pandemic. What started as live bedtime stories on social media quickly grew into something deeper, reaching millions of children each month and sparking global conversations about emotional wellness, loneliness, and care. But the more people tuned in, the more Joseph realized that access to mental health support remained deeply unequal, especially for those without insurance, resources, or the language to ask for help.
Around that same time, Daschle Dunne was exploring how mental health intersects with basic needs. He’d been developing a simple but powerful idea: connecting with country clubs in his community to recycle empty tennis ball canisters into portable hygiene kits, filled with essentials and messages of encouragement, to support unhoused individuals with both dignity and warmth.
Their paths crossed through a shared belief that mental health care doesn’t always start in a therapist’s office. Sometimes, it starts with a story. A clean pair of socks. A community that sees you.
Together, they launched Soulfully to bridge the gaps between emotional and physical care..Today, Soulfully offers:
- Free therapy scholarships through our PATH Scholarship Program
- Community-led wellness workshops, including yoga and equine therapy
- Translated mental-health resources through our Language Lifeline
- And our flagship Care Canisters initiative, meeting people’s basic needs with compassion
