Care Canister

Small Canisters Big Care

At Soulfully, we believe small acts of kindness can spark big change. Our Care Canisters repurpose recycled tennis ball containers and fill them with essential hygiene items, socks, and a handwritten note of encouragement.

Each kit is a reminder that dignity and compassion should never be out of reach, no matter someone’s circumstance. By transforming a simple tennis ball container into something meaningful, we give both our volunteers and the people receiving Care Canisters a way to connect through care.

What’s in a Care Canister?

Each Care Canister is filled with hygiene essentials to bring comfort and dignity to those in need. Inside you’ll find:

  • Toothpaste & toothbrush
  • Deodorant
  • Soap or body wash
  • Shampoo
  • Undergarments
  • Cotton pads & Q-tips
  • A comb or grooming item (Shaving Cream + Razors)
  • Bandaids
  • Fingernail Cutter

Providing Access to Therapy & Healing

Your PATH to Care Starts Here

Mental health care should never be out of reach. The PATH Scholarship sponsors 2–3 months of therapy for young people who might not otherwise be able to afford it.

Whether it’s navigating anxiety, processing grief, or simply having a safe space to talk, this scholarship offers more than therapy sessions: it offers hope, tools, and the chance to heal.

We work with licensed mental health professionals who are committed to providing culturally sensitive, affirming care. Applicants are matched with a therapist who fits their needs and can meet them where they are, from home.

Speaking the Language of Care

Because mental health should be understood in every language.

Roughly 6% of the world’s population are native English speakers, and 75% of people don’t speak English at all. Yet, most mental health resources are created in English, leaving millions without access to life-changing support. Language Lifeline breaks down these barriers, translating resources so that everyone, everywhere, can find care that speaks to them.

How it Works:

Translations That Heal We work with a network of bilingual mental health advocates, volunteer translators, and cultural advisors to adapt resources into more than 100 languages. These aren’t just word-for-word conversions — we ensure cultural relevance so that the message resonates deeply in every community.

Accessible for All

We believe cost should never be a barrier to understanding care. That’s why our community-first partnerships offer free or low-cost translations to grassroots organizations and underfunded mental health initiatives. Mission-aligned collaborations with nonprofits, healthcare providers, and values-driven companies are billed at standard rates, helping fund free translations for those who need them most.

Where We’re Headed

In the coming months, we’ll be translating materials for community clinics, youth-led initiatives, and global advocacy groups — helping them reach people who’ve never had access to these resources before.
